General Broadband Email Settings

Aim of this article

This article provides the general email settings for accessing your Zen Broadband (ADSL or Fibre) email accounts you have created via the Zen Customer Portal.

Email Server Settings

	Server Name	Type	Port	Encryption Type
Outgoing Mail Server	mailhost.zen.co.uk	SMTP	587	TLS/SSL
Incoming Mail Server	mailhost.zen.co.uk	POP3	995	SSL

Username	joe.bloggs@subdomain.myzen.co.uk or for legacy services zen12345@zen.co.uk
Password	This should be the password you set for the account in the Zen Customer Portal. This is case-sensitive. If you have forgotten your password follow this guide on Changing your Email Password.
