Lost Username or Password for the Customer Portal


Lost Username

The Customer Portal username will be in the form of an email address and will be the email address you used when you ordered your service from Zen.  It will not be your Zen email address unless you have chosen to change this yourself through the Customer Portal.

If you have lost or can not remember this email address you will need to contact Customer Services for help.  Details for reaching them may be found on our
Contact Us page.  They are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Lost Password

From the Customer Portal select the option Forgotten Password?  This will then prompt you for the information required to recover/reset your Customer Portal password.

If you are unable to provide the information asked for you will need to contact Customer Services for help.  Details for reaching them may be found on our
Contact Us page.  They are open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
