If you have lost or forgotten your cPanel Login password, this guide aims to show you how to recover the password if it has not been changed. If your password has been changed from the original one we sent you, you will need to contact Technical Support on 0845 058 9009 in order to have this reset.
If you have your username and password, and have lost the link to cPanel, the link is usually in the format: http://somedomain.myzen.co.uk/cpanel.
Retrieving the Password via the Customer Portal
Firstly, login to the customer portal: https://portal.zen.co.uk/.
Click on My Services
Click on View Technical Details
Click on the Select option to the left of the cPanel order
This will then show you the subdomain (somedomain.myzen.co.uk), the Site Admin Username and the Site Admin Password.
