Manage Your Account: Tracking Your Order


Aim of this article

This article provides instructions for tracking an order using the Customer Portal.

Access the Customer Portal

To access the Customer Portal browse to:

https://portal.zen.co.uk/

If you have not yet registered to use the Customer Portal then follow this guide to registering for the Customer Portal.
If you have previously registered for a portal account, enter your email address and password and click Sign In, and then click Continue. 

Tracking your Order

  1. By default you will be on your 'Home' page after logging in to the Customer Portal.  If you are not click Customer Portal on the top right of the Zen Internet website.
  2. Click My Orders on the left menu.
  3. Click Order Tracking to view orders which are currently in progress.

  4. You will be presented with a list of orders which are in progress/active.  You can choose to see more information by selecting them.
