Manage Your Account: Updating your Contact details


Aim of this article

This article provides a guide on locating and changing your contact details within the Zen Customer Portal.

Accessing the Customer Portal

To access the Customer Portal browse to:

https://portal.zen.co.uk/

If you have not yet registered to use the Customer Portal then follow this guide to registering for the Customer Portal.

If you have previously registered for a portal account, enter your email address and password and click Sign In, and then click Continue. If you can't remember your Portal username or password follow these instructions to reset/recover them

Changing your Contact details

  1. By default you will be on your Home page after logging in to the Customer Portal.  If you are not click Customer Portal on the top-right of the Zen Internet website then click Home.
  2. Click Update My Profile.

  3. Find the box with the heading PERSONAL DETAILS
  4. Enter your new details, ensuring boxes marked * are populated, as these are required fields.

  5. Once you have changed your details scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.

NOTE: You can also update your contact and marketing preferences on this page.

I have been trying for three days to update my payments information.



I can't seem to get the portal to accept my sign in details, I work full time and when I phoned you were closed, there is no message machine and I can't find a link for a general customers service help type email.
