This article will explain the Technical Details for Zen Broadband Voice as seen from the Customer Portal.
Accessing the Customer Portal
To access the Customer Portal browse to:
https://portal.zen.co.uk/

If you have previously registered for a portal account, enter your e-mail address and password and click Sign In, and then click Continue.
Once logged in you will see the main Portal home page.
Click the My Services button in the left hand menu bar.
You will now be presented with a list of your services provided by Zen Internet, categorised by service type.
Click the + button next to Voice to expand the section.
Click the Tools and Settings button. By default the Technical Details are visible.
VoIP Technical Details
Zen username : This is you DSL connection username.
ZBV username : Your phone number with area code and no spaces is your VoIP username.
VOIP password : Your VoIP password, please note this is case-sensitive and not the same as your DSL password.
Secondary Zen username : This is an alternative DSL connection username. We recommend that customers using the Zen Voice service should use the username ending @zen2 to ensure that they receive the best level of voice service possible.
The following are the VoIP server details. You will need to enter these in the appropriate section of your VoIP equipment.
Registrar Address : This is the VoIP server address, voip.zen.co.uk.
Registrar Port : This is the standard SIP port number, 5060.
Proxy Address : Again this is the VoIP server address, voip.zen.co.uk.
Proxy Port : Again the standard SIP port number, 5060.
