Web Hosting - Linux: Using Horde Webmail


Aim of this Article

This article provides instructions for reading and writing email via the Horde webmail client on Linux cPanel services. Please be aware that Horde is only available through cPanel.

Login to Horde

If you have a domain parked on your cPanel account, you can access Horde webmail by entering http://yourdomain.com/webmail/ into your browser's address bar (Example: http://zen.co.uk/webmail/).

Alternatively if you do not have a domain parked on your cPanel you can use your assigned "myzen" address (Example: http://example.myzen.co.uk/webmail/)

Enter your full email address and password in the boxes provided and click OK.

Click the Horde logo

Click Log in

Welcome to Horde

Your Inbox

To see your Inbox click Mail, then Inbox.

Reading Email

Once you are in your Inbox you can view an email by clicking on either it's Subject or From line.

From here you can delete, reply and forward your message.

Creating a New Email

To create a new email click New Message on either the top or left hand bar.

Logging out

To log out of Horde click Logout on the left hand bar.
